This is a duplicate example of the variety labeled HBCC-3197, and is included here as a later die state. The light die crack through the tops of IT to the rim over E is now much heavier. In addition, this reverse has much heavier clash marks. This same reverse die was earlier used for the second variety of 1801. Those 1801-dated examples, such as that displayed at HBCC-3194, do not have evidence of this die crack.
